As a service to customers and prospective customers I am offering space on this page of my web site for you to sell any railway related items. You might be changing gauge or scale or and want to move on n gauge, Ho or 00. Maybe you have surplus G scale items. You might get a better price selling yourself. The better price you get the more you will have to finance your new Garden Railway project from Scottish Garden Railways.

What will it cost?

If you sell the item through an advertisement in Small train ads I will trust you to send me 5% of the final selling price (rounded down to the nearest £.) Maximum £20, minimum 50p.

If you place a reasonable order with Scottish Garden Railways after you sell your stuff I will not ask for any payment for your small train ads

This is just like advertising in your local shop window or free paper and there are some conditions (first draft):

* Only railway related items

* Private sales only

* I will display your text, picture, your contact details and price or exchange

* You are responsible for all negotiations, shipping, warranties and associated costs.

* Items sold here are not Scottish Garden Railway items and Scottish Garden Railways are in no way responsible for any problems, disputes between buyer/seller

* I reserve the right to refuse any advert.

* Please make your descriptions accurate and your pictures clear. List any know faults.
