I had a secondhand live steam Roundhouse Fowler for a while. This was it doing it's last run on my own railway.

Not actually in steam (or in the garden) but this is the Accucraft Wrekin (discontinued). I can supply the current Accucraft range, including the US trains see - The Accucraft website

...and this is the Accucraft RAGLETH

Beck side on   Into the tunnel

Very old Beck 0-4-0, gas tank below the cab roof.

Radio controlled Fowler 0-6-2, again gas powered.

0-4-0 raising steam   Tunnel

The 0-4-0 builds up steam for a run. This loco has slip eccentric valve gear.

The fowler hurries into a tunnel.
Hand from the sky   Pressure adjustment

The giant hand from the sky adjusts the throttle just before a run.

...and again when the pressure gauge is saying 'too low to get up the grade'.
